REGULATIONS OF CAMPING AND THE EVENT
applicable from June 4-8, 2025, during
Camping and the Event at FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2025
§1 DEFINITIONS
- Organizer (Service Provider) – HDC RIDERS OF POLAND with its seat in Warsaw, NIP: 5213695218, REGON: 361230460, KRS: 0000519812.
- Participant – means a person who has purchased a ticket entitling them to enter the Camping and the Event area.
- Ticket/Wristband – means a wristband placed on the wrist entitling the holder to enter the Camping and the Event after purchase, subject to the conditions specified in these Regulations. Each ticket contains a unique, non-repeatable number.
- Camping – means the fenced area designated by the Organizer at the Myślęcinek Forest and Culture Park in Bydgoszcz.
- Event – means the area designated by the Organizer within the Camping area located at the Myślęcinek Forest and Culture Park in Bydgoszcz.
§2 REGULATIONS
- The Camping and the Event under the name “FH-DCE Super Rally®2025 in Bydgoszcz” takes place from June 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM to June 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
- Participants of the Camping have the right to enter the facility, including the Event area, from June 4, 2025, to June 8, 2025:
-gate opening at 4 june 2025 15:00
-gate closing 4 june 2025 12:00 - Participants of the Camping and the Event may stay on the premises from the start to the end of the Camping, subject to the provisions of these regulations, and must leave the camping site without unnecessary delay thereafter.
- Entrance to the Camping and the Event is granted to individuals holding a valid ticket (wristband) or other documents issued by the Organizer that entitle them to entry.
- Possession of a wristband should be treated as the Organizer’s individual consent to enter the Camping and the Event, which may be revoked at any time for safety reasons and/or as specified in these regulations.
- Rules for using the purchased ticket:
a. The purchased entry ticket in the form of a wristband should be secured to prevent damage or loss.
b. Unused tickets (wristbands) are non-refundable.
c. The Organizer does not issue duplicates for damaged or lost tickets (wristbands).
d. Damaged tickets (wristbands) without a control coupon or with an unreadable number are invalid and non-refundable or exchangeable for another ticket.
e. Each ticket (wristband) is for one person and does not allow for an accompanying person and/or children.
f. The purchased ticket (wristband) allows multiple entries to the camping area.
g. Ticket (wristband) holders must familiarize themselves with the information contained in the Camping booklet and map, which will facilitate unimpeded access to the appropriate SECTOR. - The Organizer reserves the right, in conjunction with all other provisions and directives that will be displayed on these regulations and the Camping and Event FH-DCE Super Rally® 2025 booklet or placed on the notice board on the premises, to:
a. Deny entry to the Camping area to wristband holders for justified safety reasons.
b. Prohibit bringing cameras and other audio-video recording equipment to the Camping and the Event. Individuals attempting to bring such equipment will not be allowed entry.
c. For safety reasons, require wristband holders to leave the Camping area and take appropriate measures to enforce this order, especially in cases where a Camping participant disturbs public order, behaves aggressively, or acts contrary to these Regulations, social norms, or legal provisions.
d. Cancel or suspend the Camping and the Event due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control without obligation for compensation or damages to wristband holders.
e. Deny entry to the Camping and the Event to wristband holders found in possession of firearms, knives, objects that may endanger human life or health, explosives, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials, alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances, or beverages in glass, plastic, cardboard, or metal containers, individuals wearing shoes with metal tips, and any other items that may pose a threat to other participants. In case of suspected crime, especially if dangerous items are found in luggage or clothing, the security or information service member will detain the person, make a report, and hand them over to the Police along with the seized items.
f. Deny entry to the Camping and the Event to individuals who cannot be identified.
g. Deny entry to individuals displaying emblems, flags, banners, clothing, or body markings (including tattoos) containing prohibited content, including incitement to racial, religious, or other forms of hatred. - Individuals who refuse to undergo verification of their right to stay at the Camping and the Event, refuse to show identification, or do not have documents enabling their identification will not be allowed entry or will be removed from the Camping and the Event.
- Individuals visibly intoxicated by alcohol or significantly under the influence of drugs or psychotropic substances are prohibited from entering and staying at the Camping and the Event premises.
- Individuals whose behavior poses a potential threat to public order, violates these regulations, or does not comply with the Organizer’s instructions and/or designated persons, particularly employees and security services, will not be allowed entry or will be removed from the Camping and the Event.
- Individuals present at the Camping are obliged to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other persons present on the premises, particularly by complying with the Camping and Event regulations.
- It is prohibited to bring and possess firearms, knives, pneumatic, gas, or other weapons, explosives, batons, knuckle-dusters, objects used in sports games, sticks, metal objects (especially pipes, screws, nails, bearings, etc.), “baton” type batons, pyrotechnic products (e.g., firecrackers, sparklers, flares, torches, etc.), fire-hazardous materials, drugs, psychotropic substances, and objects that may endanger human life or health to the Camping and the Event.
- The Organizer reserves the right to inspect and control the clothing and luggage of persons entering the Camping and the Event in cases specified by law. Individuals who refuse to undergo this procedure will not be allowed entry.
- The Organizer does not provide a deposit for items prohibited from being brought and possessed during the Event.
- The Organizer prohibits bringing or introducing dogs and other animals to the Camping and the Event.
- Destroying information boards, trash bins, benches, and any other objects and property, as well as moving devices and property located on the Camping premises and igniting fire, including lighting grills, using personal power sources (generators), and other devices that may cause electric shock and/or start a fire, is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to enter areas or places not intended for public access. This ban particularly applies to the stage, climbing or passing through structures and devices not intended for public use, especially facades, fences, walls, Camping and Event fences, lighting devices, camera platforms, trees, masts of all kinds, and other places, devices, and rooms accessible only to specialized services or Camping staff.
- Provocative or inciting shouts that disrupt order and safety, may cause conflict, or are offensive or degrading to others based on their gender, race, religion, age, beliefs, or for any other reason, as well as items that change the external appearance of a person and consequently prevent or hinder identification, the use of offensive language, including the promotion and display of obscene, vulgar, and racist slogans, incitement to quarrel, particularly on a national, religious, or social basis, and throwing objects are prohibited.
- It is prohibited to relieve oneself outside of toilets; litter the Camping and Event area, unjustifiably occupy places in the vicinity of exits, entrances, and escape routes.
- Individuals at the Camping and/or the Event who disrupt public order, pose a threat to other Camping participants, violate good manners, bring prohibited items against the ban, or do not comply with the regulations will be removed from the Camping.
- Camping and Event participants have access only to designated zones as specified by the Organizer.
- Blocking and obstructing exits and escape routes, access roads for emergency services and police, hydrants, and other necessary devices for conducting rescue or firefighting operations, and using roads and areas contrary to their intended purpose and signage is prohibited.
- Each Camping and Event participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Camping and Event regulations and the graphic plan of the facility, which will show the routes and dispersal paths of the participants, escape routes, and access roads for emergency services and police, and comply with them if necessary.
- The Camping and Event regulations and the graphic plan of the facility will be displayed at the entrance and exit gates of the Camping and the Event.
- Camping and Event participants are obliged to inform the Organizer or security service of any noticed fire, smoke, threat to life, human health, or property.
- The Organizer is not responsible for items left on the Camping and Event premises.
- Camping and Event participants are obliged to follow the Organizer’s and security and information services’ recommendations.
- The Organizer, considering the safety of Camping participants, dictated by organizational changes and changes in the facility’s infrastructure and considering possible weather changes, reserves the right to change the date and time of the Event or cancel it.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the Camping without prior notice to the participants.
- The Organizer is not obligated to provide any compensation or damages to ticket holders (wristbands) for the Camping, which was canceled or only partially held for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
- The Organizer, in implementing these Camping and Event Regulations, acts through the employees of a licensed security company, constituting the Organizer’s security and information services, responsible for ensuring safety and order during the event.
- All vehicles parked on the facility’s premises before and during the Camping without a proper pass allowing entry and parking, especially if they are parked on escape routes or access roads for emergency services and police, will be towed to a parking lot at the owner’s expense (information about parking and vehicle retrieval will be available at the information point located at the main gate).
- Ticket (wristband) holders accept that they may be exposed to continuous sound levels that may cause hearing damage.
- The Organizer reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by participants, including for damage to its reputation.
- Minors are allowed to enter the Camping area only with a valid wristband and under the constant supervision of adult guardians.
- The Organizer records the Camping and Event for documentation, promotion, or advertising purposes of the event and events in future years, the Organizer, and sponsors. The image of individuals on the event premises may be recorded and later distributed for documentation, reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes, to which ticket holders (wristbands) agree.
- Only alcohol purchased at the catering points located on the Camping premises may be consumed on the Camping and Event premises.
- Non-Harley Parking – all motorcycles not of the H-D, Buell, Indian brands and cars, vans, campers, or other vehicles will not be allowed on the Camping and Event premises. They will have the option to park in the Non-Harley parking lot adjacent to the Super Rally® 2025 area.
Parking fees are as follows:
-Motorcycle – free
-Car – 50 EUR
-Camper up to 6m – 150 EUR
-Camper up to 9m – 200 EUR
The Organizer is not responsible for vehicles left in the Non-Harley parking lot or the items left in them. - Payment system:
The Super Rally® 2025 payment system includes:
-Cash
-Payment cards
-SR 2025 vouchers
In all catering points, each participant can make payments only using:
-Their payment cards
-Purchased SR 2025 vouchers
SR 2025 vouchers can be purchased at a special point under the following conditions:
-The value of one voucher is 2 EUR / 9 PLN
-Vouchers can only be purchased with cash in PLN / EUR
-Participants must purchase a minimum of 5 vouchers or multiples thereof (5 / 10 / 15, etc.)
Returns of purchased and unused vouchers will be possible under the following conditions:
-Returns will be processed only on June 8 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM
-Voucher returns must always be in a minimum quantity of 5 or multiples thereof (the same as when purchased)
-The maximum refund amount is equivalent to 20 EUR, payable in PLN - Polish law applies within the Camping and Event premises.
- Entering the Camping and Event premises by the participant is equivalent to accepting these regulations.
